Information on

Stories of resistance and survival - research, write, disseminate

In the workshop, you will learn how your research and stories can support the creation of a unique archive that unites the voices of resistance and empowers people who have to fight for their rights. You will learn where and how to research stories, which sources and archives are available and how you can publish and disseminate your stories with the support of the Fritz Bauer Library’s interactive website.

The workshop is a cooperation between the Bochum „Alliance against the Right“, the adult education centre, the city library, the city archive of the city of Bochum and the non-profit BUXUS Foundation. It supports the dialogue with refugees and survivors who are currently fighting for their rights and are expressly invited to participate. It promotes dialogue between participants from different cultures and contributes to a greater awareness of social integration and human rights.

In cooperation with the BUXUS Foundation, Bochum „Alliance against the Right“, Bochum City Archive and Bochum City Library
